INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Oldmasterpiece.com is currently able to ship to all international addresses, excluding Afghanistan, Algieria, Armenia, Bhutan, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Central African republic, Congo, Georgia, Guinea-bissau, Iraq, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macedonia, Niger, Sri Lanka, Turkmenistan. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We ship with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers. Our preferred carriers are UPS, TNT and DHL.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. See Customs for more details.
Given the value of our products, all paintings will be duly insured, at no extra cost to the buyer, and sent via a trackable method (see Tracking your order for more details).
DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order with oldmasterpiece.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the time required by our artists to complete the painting(s) and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.
Delivery dates are calculated by estimating the painting time of a product and adding the time it takes to be shipped from our facilities to your destination address, according to your chosen shipment method. Our estimated shipping dates are given as a range of dates, e.g. 5-7 weeks.
Sometimes we will update our delivery estimates based on the most recent information we have. When this happens, we show you both the original and updated delivery estimates in Your Account.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from oldmasterpiece.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. Therefore, shipment orders from us will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example: “Painting value: $1000”
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Therefore, we would like you to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain shipment and product information to our international carriers, which may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Packages will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as an order has been dispatched, we will send you confirmation by email. You will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website so that you can track the progress of the shipment online. When you check the status of your order in your account you will also find the following key useful:
In painting – the painting is currently being created
In transit to TNT – your order is on its way to our carrier
In transit – you order is currently being shipped to you by our carrier
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However if, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving shipment following the below procedures for a full refund of purchase price less shipping costs (if applicable).
You must notifiy us within the 7 days by e-mail that you are returning the item with an explanation, explaining your dissatisfaction and your preference for an exchange or refund. Please include your invoice or, if you no longer have the invoice, your full name, address and order number, if possible.
Returned item must be postmarked within the 7 day refund policy time frame. Item must be returned in original sellable or received condition.
After the returned item has been received in good condition we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products and service. We strive to produce quality products that you will be proud to own. If you are unsatisfied with one of our products and the above guidelines do not seem to apply, e-mail us with your complaint. We will try to reach a mutually satisfying agreement for both parties.
