	Are all paintings hand-painted ? Yes, all of our paintings are hand-painted by professional artists. We do not use computer assistance or any other equipment.
	What kind of payments do you accept ? We accept credit cards, online checks, personal checks, money orders and gift certificates.
	Do you have any partnership programs ? Whether you are an interior decorator, collector, professional designer, framing shop owner or just an individual who wants to make some money, we have a special partnership program designed to meet your needs. 	Are your paintings framed or unframed ? It is up to you. You choose whether you want your painting framed or unframed. We have a variety of frames in different sizes, shapes and colors.
	What is the quality of the reproductions ? We offer the best quality artwork on the market. We use the best materials and highest quality oils to produce the paintings. Our artists graduated from art academies and have over 10 years of experience in art. Each one of them is an expert in the technique and history of art. Our reproductions are exact in every detail to the original artist’s style of painting.
	How long will it take for the painting to be produced ? It usually takes about 5 weeks for a painting to be produced. However, the production time also depends on the quantity of paintings ordered.
	Is it possible to order a specific reproduction painting not included in our database? Yes. For that purpose you will have to contact us and give us the information about the painting that you want to be reproduced. You will have to bear in mind that copyright laws after the artist’s death (50 years in America, 70 years in Europe) mean that the current owner’s permission may be needed.
	How do I order ? After choosing the painting you want, click the ‘buy it’ button beneath the paintings image to go to our online order form and follow the instructions. If you have any problems email us at support@oldmasterpiece.com and we will be happy to assist you with any questions.
	Is it possible to send an order via email, rather than following the order procedure? Yes, you will have to provide us with the following informatio The product description(s), product number(s) and quantity Additional product features (e.g. frames, wrapping) Your full address (including zip/postal code and country) and telephone number. The recipient’s address (if different from yours) Your gift certificate message (optional) Your method of payment (check, money order, credit card etc.) We will send you an order confirmation email which will include a link to a secure website that will handle credit card payments. If you are paying by personal check we will send you the address to which you send the check.
	What material are you using to make paintings? We use white or brown linen canvas
